KUKA robot KR45 was chosen to take up the task, it will blank the material sent to the machine center and to remove complete cutting and milling cutter. The six-axis robot with its three-point grippers you can grab objects of diameter 35 to 105mm. Its jaw length can be pneumatic operation for 60 to 520mm, weight to 30kg blank and accurate positioning and clamping. Operator input the diameter of machined parts, and start the robot and machine tools.
